As Senior Vice President of Investments, Ted is responsible for delivering the entire Cornerstone platform to enable healthcare providers to maximize use of capital while navigating real estate transactions in a complex environment.
Prior to joining Cornerstone, Ted held various roles at financial institutions like GE Capital Real Estate and PNC Bank, where his responsibilities included the oversight of a multi-billion-dollar debt portfolio supporting healthcare related businesses. Ted has a B.S. in Finance/Real Estate from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business.
