Rob focuses on business development and strategy for Cornerstone, and has played an enormous role in the company’s growth. When he joined Cornerstone to oversee property management in 2001, there were three employees. Since then, he has helped to grow the company into a nationally-recognized firm. Starting at 5 buildings and 250,000 square feet, Rob helped build Cornerstone’s property management division to what it is today. What started as a small Indiana real estate business has expanded to serve hospital systems and physician groups throughout the Midwest. Rob holds his managing broker’s license in 4 different states, and has built a reputation for taking the time to understand each healthcare system Cornerstone serves.
After graduating with a B.A. in Business Marketing from Indiana University, Rob worked with AMLI Residential in Atlanta and Olympia Partners in Indianapolis. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate, both commercial and residential, but healthcare real estate is where he plans to stay because he loves the challenges the healthcare industry brings. Rob is deeply involved with BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and enjoys serving as a mentor in the organization’s mentorship program. Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids. He also enjoys playing golf, tennis & hockey along with coaching the sports teams for his son and three daughters.
