Cornerstone Team Members Honored at IREM Indy's Annual Dinner

We would like to congratulate a few of our Property Management team members on recently being recognized at IREM Indy’s Annual Dinner.

Allison Fry, CPM, Chanelle Mitchell, CPM and Leah Fantin, CPM were installed with their CPM designation. The Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation is the premier property management certification world-wide. To qualify for the CPM designation, a candidate must have more than three years of experience, complete the 8 CPM certification courses that provide core competency knowledge, pass a certification exam, submit multiple letters of recommendation and hold a current real estate license.

Ryan Gould, who is currently pursuing his CPM designation, received the CPM Candidate of the Year award.
