Cornerstone Selected to Manage Two Class A Medical Facilities in Central Indiana

INDIANAPOLIS — Cornerstone Companies, Inc. has been selected to provide property management services for St. Vincent Medical Center in Fishers, IN and St. Vincent Women’s Center in Carmel, IN.

The addition of two Class A medical properties to Cornerstone’s third party managed portfolio adds additional institutional assets to the 4,000,000 rental square feet of medical space that Cornerstone manages in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio and Kentucky.

St. Vincent Fishers Medical Center is a 120,158 square foot, three-story Class A property located on the campus of St. Vincent Fishers Hospital. The medical office building includes both operating rooms and emergency rooms.

St. Vincent Carmel Women’s Center is a 85,847 square foot, four-story Class A property located on the campus of St. Vincent Carmel Hospital. The medical office building is primarily used for womens’ health services.
