Cornerstone selected by Starwood Property Trust, Inc. for management services.

Cornerstone Companies, Inc., a leading healthcare real estate development, leasing, property management, monetization and investment company, has been selected by Greenwich, Connecticut based-Starwood Property Trust, Inc. to provide property management, leasing and construction services for six properties in Indiana and one property in Illinois. In total, the properties occupy 278,268 square feet.
