Gretchen Mensch, CPM
Gretchen leads internal operations, as well as the property and facility management team for Cornerstone. She was instrumental in developing processes, procedures and operations for Cornerstone, enabling the company to grow rapidly. Within her first year at Cornerstone, Gretchen developed the property management platform that allows the company to manage for institutional owners across the country. Today, she keeps everything running smoothly and works to coordinate efforts from each of Cornerstone’s internal groups. She views Cornerstone’s healthcare-specific focus as the company’s greatest strength, and says there has never been a day when she hasn’t been excited to get up and go to work.
As someone who has spent her entire career in property management, Gretchen knows the industry extremely well. There isn’t a job in her division she hasn’t done, and when the need arises she can step in and take care of a task herself. She’s seen Cornerstone through some of its most groundbreaking changes in the past several years, and as a result has watched the company double in size – twice. Gretchen currently lives in Noblesville, Indiana with her husband and three daughters. She holds a B.A. in Finance from Indiana University, and is actively involved with multiple community and professional organizations. These include the Institute of Real Estate Management in Indianapolis, Indy CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), and the Marine Corp Scholarship Fund. Gretchen loves music, family, friends and staying busy.
