Cornerstone and OSF Healthcare announce completion of new, ground-up development

A brand-new, OSF Healthcare facility is now open to patients in Godfrey, IL.

Completed by Cornerstone in December 2017, the 13,126-square-foot medical office building includes clinic space and an urgent care center. This single-story, ground-up development is operated by OSF Healthcare, a 13-hospital health care system serving Illinois and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Cornerstone served as the developer and construction manager for the $5.1-million-dollar building, located at 6702 Godfrey Road, Godfrey, IL 62035. The CEO of OSF Healthcare’s Saint Anthony Medical Center has been pleased with Cornerstone and stated the following:
