Lindsey Brown Receives CPM Designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management

Lindsey Brown, a member of the Cornerstone property management team, was installed as a Certified Property Manager on November 15th at the IREM Chapter 24 annual dinner.

Certified Property Manager (CPM) is a real estate professional designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and recognized by the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

To qualify for CPM designation, a candidate must have over three years of experience, attend specific courses, pass a certification exam, submit multiple letters of recommendation and hold a current real estate license.
