As Senior Vice President of Leasing, Charles oversees the leasing efforts for 1M+ sf of healthcare real estate throughout the Midwest and brings 20+ years of real estate experience to the team. He focuses on maximizing building occupancy by transacting a wide array of leasing deals including surgical, dental and clinical space. Charles works to maximize the asset value to each property and deliver ROI to each ownership entity. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Charles was a Regional Manager for Barrett and Stokely, an award-winning multifamily real estate firm. Charles received his undergraduate degree from DePauw University with a focus on Economics.
